  • Personalized Products: Due to the nature of personalized products, they are made specifically according to your preferences and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect in craftsmanship or a mistake on our part. Please ensure all details provided for personalized items are accurate before placing your order. LED advertisements have the status of personalized products.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds for non-personalized products will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may take several business days to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • For personalized products with craftsmanship defects or errors on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include replacing the item or issuing a refund.

3. Exchanges

  • We do not typically offer exchanges as our products are often personalized. If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

4. How to Initiate a Return
